The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, and demonstrated team-player. You’ll work on a Ruby on Rails upgrade project, to help migrate our monolith from an older version of Rails to a less old version. We're currently in progress with migrating from 4.2 to 5.2 (visiting 5.0 and 5.1 along the way before we ship 5.2 to production).
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Good problem solving / strong preference towards the debugging end of the spectrum (as situated across from pure development)
- Proficiency with Rails - more recent versions preferable but any version a plus
- Proficiency with Ruby
- General modern web framework development
